Should we keep ArcPoints?

Should we keep ArcPoints?
No. Drop ArcPoints. Have no rounds and just have a standard arcade. [ 1 ] ** [2.56%]
No. Drop ArcPoints. But rounds could last a month or so, then the scores are archived before being reset. [ 2 ] ** [5.13%]
Keep ArcPoints and rounds and stop moaning about the difficulties you good-for-nothing piece of shit coder. [ 36 ] ** [92.31%]

Well yes you might lose points but it means you'd have to work harder to keep your top positions and it would be easier for others to catch up. This way the people who do best should stay at the top.

Your system doesn't make much difference since you are still losing more the more you have.

With a % system, there would have to be a maximum score. Even if you lost 1% of your arcpoints each week, the maximum score would be at around 500,000. The way the arcpoints are at the moment, to make any different in the scores there would have to be a decrease of around 5-10%, making the maximum arcpoints anywhere from 80,000 to 100,000, which could take any enthusiastic person around 8-10 weeks to achieve, perhaps even less. This makes the long term player at a disadvantage as they probably will be beaten by a newcomer, as most of the older members don't play as often as the new members.

If you don't like my method because it'd be a bit harder to code, then I'll do it.
